Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Assembly candidate for 1st shift in Williamsport, PA to build industrial ovens and furnaces from start to finish. You will handle hand and power tools, measure components, and follow blueprints to ensure quality and safety in a shop environment.

The role involves reading blueprints, working with metal materials, and collaborating with welders and fabricators. It’s a contract-to-hire, onsite position with growth opportunities in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
• Experience working with metal or aluminum is beneficial.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Dependable and willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We are hiring a hands‑on Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help build industrial ovens and furnaces from start to finish.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
