Aerotek East Syracuse, NY is seeking a capable Assembler to perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic sub-assemblies on a high-volume line. You will interpret diagrams, follow standardized work instructions, and use hand and power tools to build and inspect components.
You will be part of a safety‑focused team, meeting takt times, documenting quality metrics, and supporting continuous improvement in a structured manufacturing environment with daytime hours.
This role focuses on assembling, rebuilding, and reassembling low-mix, high-volume sub-assembly components by accurately interpreting diagrams and standardized work instructions. You will use hand and power tools to complete mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electronic assemblies while maintaining high quality through consistent self-inspection and adherence to established processes.

This position is based in a manufacturing facility focused on material handling and industrial equipment. You will work around production lines, cranes, hoists, and a variety of hand and power tools used for mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic assemblies. The role follows a first-shift schedule, typically 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The work is physically active and requires regular stooping, bending, twisting, turning, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, grabbing, and grasping, as well as safely lifting up to 50 pounds. You will work in an environment that prioritizes safety procedures, standardized work, and adherence to quality and productivity documentation.
This is a Permanent position based out of East Syracuse, NY.
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
