Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN. This full-time position offers a 4x10 schedule with 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM shifts and $19/hr pay, plus possible overtime on Fridays.

Responsibilities include assembling parts per blueprints, inspecting quality, using precision tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening (THC does not disqualify)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Stand on concrete floors for up to 10 hours per shift
• Perform repetitive bending, twisting, gripping, reaching, and lifting
• Must wear steel-toed boots(safety glasses provided)
