Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN. This full-time role pays $19 per hour with a 4 x 10-hour shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) and possible overtime on Fridays.

Duration: Nov 25, 2026 – Dec 18, 2026. Responsibilities include assembling components per blueprints, inspecting quality, and using measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, gauges, fixtures).

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening (THC does not disqualify).
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts into finished products following blueprints and specifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Stand on concrete floors for up to 10 hours per shift
• Perform repetitive bending, twisting, gripping, reaching, and lifting
• Must wear steel-toed boots(safety glasses provided)
