Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN. You will assemble components following blueprints, inspect quality, and use measuring tools in a fast-paced environment.

The position runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts) with overtime on Fridays possible. Pay is $19/hr; duration from November 25, 2026 to December 18, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required.
• Ability to read instructions or blueprints.
• Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen (THC does not disqualify).
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts into finished products following blueprints and specifications
• Inspect parts and completed units for quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and fixtures
• Perform basic production and assembly line work
• Assist with minor machine adjustments and basic equipment setup when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company safety and production standards at all times

• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Stand on concrete floors for up to 10 hours per shift

• Must wear steel-toed boots(safety glasses provided)
