Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN. The role focuses on assembling components into finished products and requires following blueprints and specifications.

Shifts are 4 x 10 hours (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with overtime on Fridays possible. This is a full-time temporary project from November 25, 2026 to December 18, 2026, paying $19 per hour and emphasizing safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening (THC does not disqualify).
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts into finished products following blueprints and specifications
• Inspect parts and completed units for quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and fixtures
• Perform basic production and assembly line work
• Assist with minor machine adjustments and basic equipment setup when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company safety and production standards at all times
