Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN. This full-time position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment with daily duties including assembling parts, inspecting quality, and using measuring tools.

Qualified applicants should have basic manufacturing/assembly experience or be willing to learn, read blueprints, handle hand tools, and pass background/drug screening. Overtime may be required, and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening (THC does not disqualify).
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts into finished products following blueprints and specifications
• Inspect parts and completed units for quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and fixtures
• Perform basic production and assembly line work
• Assist with minor machine adjustments and basic equipment setup when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company safety and production standards at all times

Job description

Assembly - Full-Time
Location:Thief River Falls MN
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule:Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Overtime on Fridays may be required
Project Duration: November 25, 2026 - December 18, 2026
