Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN.

Position involves hands-on assembly in a fast-paced production setting with 4 x 10-hour shifts on a 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule, potentially overtime on Fridays. Project duration runs from Nov 25, 2026 to Dec 18, 2026, with pay at $19/hr.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read instructions or blueprints.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts into finished products following blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect parts and completed units for quality and accuracy.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and fixtures.
• Perform basic production and assembly line work.
• Assist with minor machine adjustments and basic equipment setup when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety and production standards at all times.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly

• Must wear steel-toed boots(safety glasses provided)
