Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Indiana is hiring Wiring Harness Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Columbia City. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 6:45 AM-4:30 PM, with starting pay at $18.00 per hour.

Training is available and prior wiring harness experience is preferred but not required. We seek dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can operate hand tools, follow diagrams and instructions, and work either independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous wiring harness assembly experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience using wire crimpers, wire strippers, and other hand tools is a plus.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet production goals while following all safety and quality requirements.

Pay Details: $18.00 per week
