Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join a leading firearms manufacturer. You will assemble precision firearm components using hand tools and assembly equipment, maintaining quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd with pay rate $18.44 per hour. Benefits include weekly pay and medical, dental, vision coverage, plus a referral bonus program after meeting criteria.

Qualifications

ASSEMBLERS

Automation Personnel Services is seeking detail-oriented Assemblers for a leading firearms manufacturer. In this role, you will assemble precision firearm components using hand tools and assembly equipment while working in a fast-paced, quality-focused production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly experience who enjoy working with small parts and producing a high-quality finished product.

Pay Rate

$18.44 per hour

Schedule and Hours

1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Assemblers Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Meet daily production quotas and performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow standard operating procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
