Assembler/Welders (Manufacturing) – Tulsa, OK

Wedlake Enclosure Systems is hiring Assembler/Welders to support our manufacturing and fabrication operations. This role assists with welding, fit-up, and mechanical assembly of metal enclosure components, helping ensure safe, efficient production.

We offer multiple openings across 1st and 2nd shift, with steady, full-time work in a team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with welding and fit-up of structural components
  • Perform mechanical assembly (panels, hardware installation)
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Support material handling and positioning (training provided)
  • Conduct visual weld checks and report defects
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
  • 0-3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or related field
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift
  • Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) or trade school training
  • Experience with cranes or rigging (training provided)
  • Basic knowledge of weld symbols or fabrication processes
