Wedlake Enclosure Systems in Tulsa, OK is seeking skilled Structural Welders for 1st and 2nd shifts to join our growing fabrication team. This role performs MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel components, subframes, brackets, and assemblies in a manufacturing setting, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of welding or fabrication experience, can read blueprints, and are eager for steady, full‑time work with opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of welding or fabrication experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MIG and Flux Core welding.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and weld symbols.
  • Basic measuring and fabrication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to pass a Company-administered Plate Weld Test.
  • Experience in structural steel fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Weld structural steel subframes, supports, brackets, and assemblies using MIG and Flux Core processes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
  • Prepare materials through grinding, cleaning, positioning, and basic fit-up.
  • Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain production schedules while meeting quality expectations.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
