Qualifications

• Ability to pass a Plate Weld Test.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel subframes, supports, brackets, and assemblies using MIG and Flux Core processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Prepare materials through grinding, cleaning, positioning, and basic fit-up.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production schedules while meeting quality expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

We’re hiring experienced Fitter/Welders for our 2nd shift. This role is ideal for MIG and Flux Core welders who prefer afternoons and evenings and want reliable, full-time production work. The position includes a 2nd shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
