Kelly is seeking a Tier 2 Assembler placement in Utica, NY. The role involves performing assembly and production activities per procedures, supporting production plans, and coordinating with maintenance to maximize capacity.

The position offers first shift options: 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 3:30 pm–12:00 am, with pay at $17.77 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, be able to follow detailed instructions, and work under close supervision.

What’s a typical day as Tier 2 Assembler – Placement Order? You’ll be:

• Performing assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions
• Supporting manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity
• Complying with all health, safety, and environmental protection programs
• Identifying and resolving recurring issues within your work area
• Exchanging job-related information with supervisors and co-workers
• Assisting and providing guidance to new team members
• Performing highly structured activities based on defined work procedures, rules, and instructions.
• Applying basic technical knowledge to operate equipment and follow processes.
