Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Assembler/Tester Technician for an onsite first shift in Georgia. You will assemble and test products to meet delivery and quality goals, working with supervision and production teams. Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, ability to read blueprints, basic shop math, and proficiency with manual and electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test products to meet delivery and quality goals.
  • Perform lock wiring, subassembly, detailing, surface painting, and finishing tasks as assigned.
  • Use hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment.
  • Record test results and maintain required documentation and calibration records.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives.
  • Contribute to lean initiatives by identifying productivity and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Observe safety rules and maintain a FOD-free work area.
