Qualifications

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rate, ratio, percent).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to frequently lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform riveting, hydraulics, bonding, and torque assembly tasks.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Perform failure analyses and troubleshoot mechanical failures with supervisory support.
• Rework parts to print per instructions.
• Handle a variety of assigned tasks to support production needs.
