Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an assembler/tester to work on mechanical products in Irvine, CA. This on-site role requires basic mechanical skills and the ability to follow blueprints and test specifications to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will join a team of manufacturing technicians and supervisors, performing assembly, testing, and painting as needed while supporting lean initiatives and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of general mechanical work experience
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and reasoning
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and test specifications
• Able to stand 50% and lift up to 35 lbs
• Willingness to undergo FAA drug screening and random drug testing where applicable

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, fixtures, and inspection equipment
• Record test results and operate basic electrical equipment and flow meters
• Interpret blueprints, routes, test specs and quality directives to build assemblies that meet specs
• Perform touch-up or full surface painting and part cleaning as required
• Support lean initiatives by identifying improvements and suggesting process changes

### Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester BYou will assemble and test mechanical products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery expectations, contributing to lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
