Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Assembler Tester 1 in Cranston, RI to support daily manufacturing operations. You will perform basic assembly, review ERP work orders, and operate standard tests after each step.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred experience with mechanical assembly and ERP data entry. Work includes safety adherence, inventory control, and potential training sign-off within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3 months of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Competence operating a computer and completing basic data entry in ERP systems.
• Ability to learn assigned responsibilities and follow production procedures; training sign-off within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly of parts and products according to MPS and BOM.
• Review daily work orders in ERP to determine tasks.
• Operate basic equipment and hand/pneumatic tools; complete standard tests after each assembly step.
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials for production orders and update ERP for work performed.
• Keep workspace clean, follow safety policies and PPE requirements, report issues to Team Lead or Supervisor.
