Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Assembler Tester I to join our manufacturing team on-site in Rhode Island. This role involves basic assembly and testing of products, following established procedures, and maintaining quality standards.

You will use hand and power tools, operate ERP systems, and contribute to a fast-paced production floor. The ideal candidate has a mechanical inclination, attention to detail, and the ability to learn manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred; as little as 3 months may be considered.
• Ability to learn and follow manufacturing procedures and instructions.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly of parts and products according to manufacturing instructions and bills of material.
• Review daily work orders and production requirements using an ERP system.
• Maintain the materials and components needed to complete production orders.
• Operate basic production equipment and common hand and pneumatic tools.
• Perform standard testing after assembly to ensure products meet specifications, tolerances, and quality requirements.
• Rotate between workstations as production needs require.
• Enter completed work and production information into the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Identify and report faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operations, or unusual conditions.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler Tester I to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for basic assembly and testing of products and components while following established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
