Job summary

SRC Automotive, Inc. is hiring an Assembler on 1st shift in Springfield, MO. Shift runs 5am–3:30pm Monday–Thursday with overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

You will assemble engines or components, follow written instructions, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Ideal candidates will learn basic engine knowledge, perform basic math, and use hand, air, and power tools. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Assembler – 1st shift 5am to 3:30pm Monday-Thursday, with frequent overtime required on Fridays, and occasional Saturdays.

Our Assemblers may work in assembly, testing, packaging, or machining areas of our shop. All work is done according to customer specifications and company processes. Engine knowledge is helpful but not required!

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Perform production duties by following written processes (work instructions) to assemble engines or engine components
• Works within productions processes to ensure compliance with quality standards; responsible for visual and quantifiable inspection of the final result of their process
• Maintains good housekeeping and safe working environment
