SRC Automotive, Inc. is hiring for an Assembler on 1st shift in Springfield, MO. The role involves assembling engines or engine components, following written work instructions, and performing quality inspections.

Occasional overtime on Fridays and Saturdays may be required; comfort with basic engine knowledge is helpful but not required. As an employee-owner company, SRC emphasizes teamwork, open communication, and ongoing learning.

Assembler – 1 st shift 5am to 3:30pm Monday-Thursday, with frequent overtime required on Fridays, and occasional Saturdays.

Our Assemblers may work in assembly, testing, packaging, or machining areas of our shop. All work is done according to customer specifications and company processes. Engine knowledge is helpful but not required!

Primary responsibilities include:

• Perform production duties by following written processes (work instructions) to assemble engines or engine components
• Works within productions processes to ensure compliance with quality standards; responsible for visual and quantifiable inspection of the final result of their process
• Maintains good housekeeping and safe working environment
