Job summary

SRC Automotive, Inc. is hiring an Assembler on 1st shift in Springfield, MO. Shift runs 5am–3:30pm Monday–Thursday with overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

You will assemble engines or components, follow written instructions, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Ideal candidates will learn basic engine knowledge, perform basic math, and use hand, air, and power tools. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

• Requires ability to follow written processes and work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Ability to use hand, air and power tools.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform production duties by following written processes to assemble engines or engine components.
• Work within production processes to ensure quality standards; inspect final results.
