Aerotek is seeking a Manufacturing Associate/Solderer for a contract-to-hire role in Pottstown, PA. The position focuses on thru-hole soldering, simple cable assembly, and connector operations to build products used in critical applications.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in manufacturing, strong measurement skills, and proficiency with hand tools and basic testing. This onsite role offers competitive pay and benefits consistent with a manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate/Solderer

Pay: $20-$26 (DOE)

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

Job Description

The role includes thru-hole soldering, simple cable assembly, and connector operations to build products.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities including production and inspection to meet customer specifications.
• Responsible for thru-hole soldering.
• Conduct simple cable assembly and connector operations.
• Complete in-process inspections.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure cables function correctly and maintain frequency.

Essential Skills

• 4-5+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Thru Hole Soldering.
• Ability to measure accurately using a ruler or tape measure.
• Proficiency with hand tools and assembly processes.
• Strong computer experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Capability to perform testing and troubleshooting on cables.
• Experience with inspection and assembly.
• Familiarity with micrometers and calipers.
• Experience with microscopes and compactors.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
