Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a Contract to Hire position based in Souderton, PA. This role involves working on the Wall Panel Assembly Line and the Roof Truss Assembly Line, reading blueprints, and laying out lumber to build panels and trusses.

Candidates should have general labor experience in construction, be proficient with hand tools including a framing hammer, and be able to read a tape measure accurately. This fully onsite opportunity offers weekly pay and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• General labor experience in construction.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, particularly a framing hammer.
• Experience in construction, framing, and general contracting.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Mechanically inclined with a minimum of 6 months of construction experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
