Job summary

Kelly in Maple Grove is seeking an assembler to build, inspect, and prepare products for shipment. You’ll follow instructions, use hand tools, and operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers a 1st shift (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Mon–Fri) with overtime as needed; summer hours may apply. A high school diploma is required and 1 year of related experience is preferred. Safety shoes are required to work here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 1 year of relevant assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time.
• Experience reading blueprints and using hand tools preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility for overtime when needed.
• Safety shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Vacuum Insulated Panels using written or visual instructions.
• Pack and label products to get them shipment-ready while preventing damage.
• Keep track of inventory using manual or electronic systems.
• Operate material handling equipment to move material in the warehouse (pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow company quality standards and safety policies.
• Collaborate with your team and stay flexible to meet production goals.
