Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to perform basic math, including fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by production needs.
• Ability to work extended hours when needed to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to quality and production standards.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure accurate packaging specifications are met.
• Label, sort, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient production operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or equipment concerns promptly.
• Assist with production line activities as needed to meet output goals.
