Job Summary

We are seeking reliable Assembler Operators for a temp-to-hire battery box build opportunity in San Jose, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, electronics, or mechanical hands-on experience who enjoy detailed work and following clear instructions.

The Assembler Operator will support battery unpacking, removal, scanning, and packaging in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who take pride in precision, teamwork, and steady production work. Key Responsibilities

• Unpack batteries from electronic devices according to work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Remove batteries using a specialized tool with accuracy and care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Assignment length: 3 months or longer.
• Location: San Jose, CA.
• Day shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm.
• Swing shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
• Qualified candidates will participate in an interview process with the client team.
