Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking candidates for a warehouse/assembly role in Omaha, NE. The position involves high-volume assembly, machine tending, and ensuring smooth material flow. Responsibilities

• High-volume assembly on an assembly line to meet daily quotas.
• Machine tending: operate and monitor semi-automatic machinery.
• Ensure material flow by stocking components and staging finished product.
• Follow SOPs to maintain uniform quality on high-volume output.
• Identify and report recurring defects or machine faults promptly.

Job description

Your responsibilities:

• High-volume assembly: execute repetitive, high-speed assembly line tasks to meet demanding daily production quotas and throughput goals.
• Machine tending: operate and tend to semi-automatic assembly machinery, loading components and monitoring cycle progress.
• Material flow: ensure the workstation is constantly stocked with necessary components and stage finished product for the next process step (e.g., packaging).
• Process adherence: strictly follow all standard operating procedures (sops) and assembly steps to maintain uniform product quality across large volumes.
• Defect reporting: quickly identify and report any recurring component defects or machine faults that could slow down the assembly line.
