Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for fast-paced production associates in Charleston, SC. These short-term roles focus on high-volume assembly, packaging and sorting on a production line, with emphasis on speed, accuracy and safety.

You will work from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM, using basic tools, coordinating with supervisors, and assisting in final packaging and labeling. Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Perform repetitive, high-speed assembly and tasks on a production line.
• Meet demanding daily production quotas and line speed requirements.
• Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or fixtures for the line process.
• Quickly alert supervisor/technician to jams, faults, or shortages affecting line continuity.
• Assist with final packaging, labeling and boxing of finished products.

Job description

Your responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive, high-speed assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks on a continuous production line.
• Work quickly and accurately to meet demanding daily production quotas and line speed requirements.
• Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or specialized fixtures necessary for the line process.
• Quickly alert the supervisor or technician to any material jams, machine faults, or component shortages that threaten line continuity.
• Assist with the final packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products at the end of the production line.

work hours: 03:30 PM - 07:00 AM
