The candidate will perform routine maintenance on equipment, follow strict safety guidelines, and maintain a clean workstation while meeting production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift materials up to 50 lbs over an 8–12 hour shift.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques to keep equipment operational.
• Read and follow written instructions, assembly diagrams, and safety protocols accurately.

Responsibilities

• Product Assembly: Precision-assemble products across manufacturing stages using technical guidelines, schematics, and SOPs.
• Equipment Care & Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and report complex repairs to leadership.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free workstation per safety rules and company guidelines.
• Quality Control: Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure specifications are met and defects corrected.
• Process Documentation: Complete basic production logs and track assembly progress using standard reporting procedures.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will build and assemble components through various stages of production according to precise technical specifications and safety guidelines. You will take ownership of your work area, ensure tools and machinery remain in top condition, and uphold consistent quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities

Product Assembly: Precision-assemble products across various manufacturing stages using technical guidelines, schematics, and standard operating procedures.

Equipment Care & Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions, and report complex repairs to leadership.

Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation in strict compliance with safety rules, procedures, and company guidelines.

Quality Control: Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications, identifying and correcting defects promptly.

Process Documentation: Complete basic production logs and track assembly progress using standard reporting procedures.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift materials consistently throughout an 8- to 12-hour shift.

Technical Aptitude: Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques to keep equipment operational.

Detail Orientation: Ability to read and follow written instructions, assembly diagrams, and safety protocols accurately.
