Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Assembly Technician for Imperial, PA with a 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM shift. Candidates should have 1–3 years of hands-on assembly or related manufacturing experience and the ability to read technical schematics and blueprints.

Ideal applicants will use hand and power tools, perform shop math, and work with precision measuring instruments. The role requires maintaining a safe, clean work area and assisting with preventive maintenance as needed.

Job Description:

Prior Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years (or 2-5 years depending on division) of hands‑on assembly, manufacturing, or industrial experience.

Blueprint Reading: Demonstrated experience independently reading and interpreting technical schematics and engineering blueprints.

Tool & Measurement Proficiency: Demonstrated hands‑on experience using hand/power tools, shop math, and precision measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

As an assembler, you will assemble products from various stages according to guidelines and specifications. You will maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations. You will also ensure equipment remains operational by performing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs when needed. This job required bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
