Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking light industrial workers for cross-trained production support across assembly, manufacturing and distribution in Grand Prairie, TX.

These short-term mandates offer variety and flexibility, with evening shift 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, on-site work, required safety wear, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Production assembly: perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending duties on production lines.
• Quality checks: conduct visual quality inspections on finished components, removing and reporting any defective items.
• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.
