Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an entry-level assembler/component handler in Morgan Hill, CA. This hands-on role offers flexible short-term contracts with consistent pay on a fixed day shift (06:00 AM to 02:30 PM). No prior manufacturing experience required; you will learn basic assembly, material prep, inspection, and packaging under supervision.

• Inspection: perform basic visual inspections to ensure all parts are present and the assembly is complete before packaging.
• Packaging: assist with the final step of the process, including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished assembled products.
• Work readiness: quickly adapt to the requirements of various short-term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.
