Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3 or more years of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Soldering experience is required.
• J-STD certification
• Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing environments.
• Experience assembling products to documented quality and workmanship standards.
