Job summary

Randstad USA in Roseville, CA is seeking an entry-level assembler / component handler to join on short-term manufacturing mandates. This role welcomes individuals with little to no experience who are eager to learn basic assembly skills and start earning quickly.

You'll perform basic assembly, material prep, inspection, packaging, and adapt to varying site requirements across multiple warehouse or assembly locations. Shifts are available with standard daytime hours.

• - Basic assembly: perform simple, non-complex assembly of components (e.g., snapping, gluing, screwing, packaging) under direct supervision.
• - Material preparation: count, sort, and organize materials and components, ensuring all necessary parts are available at the workstation.
• - Inspection: perform basic visual inspections to ensure all parts are present and the assembly is complete before packaging.
• - Packaging: assist with the final step of the process, including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished assembled products.
• - Work readiness: quickly adapt to the requirements of various short-term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.

work hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
