We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assemble mechanical components and equipment using hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and detailed work instructions. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, ensuring proper alignment and fit, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. salary: $16 - $18 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 4 PM - 2:45 AM

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
  • Install fasteners, bearings, gears, brackets, motors, and other mechanical parts.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, torque tools, and other measuring instruments as required.
  • Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues or defective components.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality-control requirements.
  • Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
  • Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve assembly problems.
