Job summary

Randstad USA in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a full-time, on-site role (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. You will read 3D models and drawings to build frames, sub-assemblies, and enclosures using hand tools, installing cables and ensuring quality through precise torque and inspection.

• Report issues to leadership.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Streetsboro, OH for a full-time, on-site role (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) offering a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. In this position, you will deliver high-quality assemblies for critical electrical and mechanical components by reading and interpreting 3D models and assembly drawings to build frames, sub-assemblies, and enclosures using hand tools. Your day-to-day will involve installing flexibar and power cables to specific product designs, precisely applying torque specifications, inspecting finished assemblies to uphold high quality standards, and reporting any issues directly to leadership. To qualify, candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, proven experience reading blueprints, proficiency with hand tools (including wire crimpers), and the physical capability to stand for long periods, bend, squat, reach, and handle small hardware with fine motor dexterity; prior experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment is preferred. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check and drug test.
