Aerotek is hiring Medical Device Assemblers in Irvine, CA. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment assembling and inspecting high-quality medical devices while following strict quality and safety standards.

Shifts available: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm or 3pm-midnight. This contract role offers competitive pay of $19-$21 per hour and pathways for growth with a leading medical technology company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components according to written work instructions and procedures.
• Perform detailed hand assembly of small parts using hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Work under microscopes and magnification equipment when required.
• Follow GMP and cleanroom procedures and document production activities.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and meet specifications.
• Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly.

As a Medical Device Assembler

you will work in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment assembling and inspecting high-quality medical devices while following strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components according to written work instructions and procedures
• Perform detailed hand assembly of small parts using hand tools and measurement equipment
• Work under microscopes and magnification equipment when required
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom procedures
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or process issues
• Package finished products according to specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of quality

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous medical device assembly experience is a plus!
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $22.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
