Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an Assembly Technician for a Red Wing, MN site. You will assemble and test electrical assemblies and harnesses, using various tools and equipment, with a focus on precision and hands-on learning.

The role supports multiple production areas, adheres to quality and safety standards, and offers a climate-controlled facility, tuition assistance, and opportunities for advancement. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite position in Red Wing, MN.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or electrical work is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or work instructions.
• Experience with soldering or electrical work is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Wing, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
