This role focuses on assembling small electronic components for a variety of manufactured units in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. You will follow computer-based work orders, use hand and power tools, and contribute to efficient and accurate assembly line operations.
Assemble small electronic parts and components according to detailed work orders and production specifications.
Read and follow computer-based work orders accurately to ensure correct parts, tools, and assembly steps are used.
Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
Experience with machine operation in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
Attention to detail when working with small electronic components and assemblies.
Strong reliability and consistency in following safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment.
You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility that supports focus, comfort, and safety while handling sensitive electronic components. The environment promotes consistent schedules with clearly defined shifts, helping you maintain work-life balance. You receive company-supplied protective smocks and ESD equipment, ensuring you can perform your work safely and effectively. This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
