Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings for Production Associate roles at the Cummins Mid-Range Engine Plant in Columbus, IN. The positions offer second and third shifts with no experience or diploma required to start.

Pay is $19.50 per hour on both shifts, with weekly pay and overtime options. Training provided; potential direct hire into Cummins after 90 days based on performance and business needs.

Kelly is hosting a Job Fair to fill various Production positions at Cummins in Columbus, IN! Make plans to attend and bring a friend!

• Available Shifts: 2nd & 3rd (details below)

Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join the Cummins Mid-Range Engine Plant (CMEP) team in Columbus, IN. Several Production Associate opportunities will be available on 2nd and 3rd shift. No experience or high school diploma is required to start.

Pay & Shift Information:

2nd shift: $19.50 / hour

• Monday-Friday 2:45pm-10:45pm (will change to 2:30pm - 10:30pm 10/5/26)

3rd shift $19.50 / hour

• Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am

This position might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age

• Are detail orientated

• Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a production environment
