Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience as an electronic assembler.
• Ability to interpret prints, route cards, and ECOs.
• Able to use hand tools like tweezers and scalpels.
• Work under a microscope for long periods (9+ hours).
• Handle components at 5 mil square minimum and use measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, modify, rework, and repair electrical components and subassemblies.
• Ensure builds meet standards by performing rework when needed.
• Verify producibility to maintain smooth production flow.
• Cross-train across assembly positions to support the team.
• Perform precise die-attach using epoxy and solder under a microscope.
• Support production goals and mission-critical timelines.
