Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an Assembler II for our Conyers, GA facility. You will work with a production team to assemble Glass, Doors, Frames and subcomponents, following SOPs and traveler instructions.

You will use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. The role requires 1–2 years of assembly experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of production assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and fractions/decimals; basic math.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; strict safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into sub-assemblies, assemblies, and final units per instructions.
• Operate hand, electric, and pneumatic tools.
• Maintain clean and organized work area following 6S principles.
• Conduct basic inspections using gauges, calipers, and fixtures.
• Follow SOPs and supervisory directions; report issues promptly.
• Cross-train team members and assist with production as needed.
