Job summary

Badger Meter is seeking an Assembler II to assemble parts per instructions and drawings, rotating through the facility on a variety of tasks. The role requires basic tool use and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing. ERP and MS Office proficiency preferred; ability to lift up to 60 pounds and pass relevant tests may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing is desirable.
• Ability to follow work instructions, drawings, and calibrate/test as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to work instructions/drawings.
• Rotate through facility in various assembly tasks.
• Maintain 5S and Lean practices for a clean, safe workplace.
• Train others in the department and support safety, quality, delivery and cost efforts.
