Zusammenfassung

Southco is seeking an assembler to produce parts across manual and semi-automated work benches, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met. You will perform basic setup, troubleshoot equipment, and record data in the core system as needed.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, good manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 33 lbs. Experience with 8-hour shifts and safety-conscious work habits preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Able to learn business operating systems.
• Good manual dexterity; able to sit or stand for 8-hour shift.

Aufgaben

• Accurately produce parts by operating manual and semi-automated work benches to meet minimum productivity rates (80%).
• Perform setup activities on manual/semi-automated benches; troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure defect-free products and follow processes to achieve zero defects.
• Enter data into business software and record/collect data as required.
• Follow standard work procedures and 5S guidelines throughout the shift.
