Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks.
• Detail oriented and organized.

• Manufacturing or mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble according to work instructions and schematics, using basic tools while following safety procedures.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Develop product understanding and how it impacts the business.
• Pursue continuous learning of processes and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to share information and improve performance.
• Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisors.
• Provide basic training to others on standard work as needed.
