Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking Assemblers I/II/III to build products to spec, validate materials, and follow PPE rules in a fast-paced environment. You will interpret work instructions, operate assembly equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Assembler II/III involve more complex tasks, mentoring peers, and contributing to continuous improvement. This role is on site in Wisconsin, with a standard shift and opportunity for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent for Assemblies II/III.
• 1–2 years of related complex assembly experience for II/III.
• Experience using SAP or ERP systems preferred for II/III.

Responsabilités

• Follow work instructions and build products per specifications.
• Lead problem solving and implement countermeasures in II/III.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and train new employees.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping per procedures.
