Job summary

Generac is seeking an Assembler I to perform manufacturing assembly in a cost‑efficient, timely manner while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include validating materials, following work instructions, building to specifications, and maintaining clean work areas with proper PPE.

Shift hours are 5:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with overtime Fridays 5:30am-1:30pm as required. Pay rate is $18.10/hour and safety rules must be followed on all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for consideration.
• Experience in complex assembly is preferred at higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products following work instructions and per tolerances.
• Operate assembly equipment and follow safety rules.
• Participate in team meetings and support cross-training.
