Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to interpret basic diagrams and use basic hand tools.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple assembly areas.

Responsibilities

• Use drawings and schematics to assemble components per instructions.
• Follow established safety and quality standards in daily tasks.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of products and how they impact the business.
• Participate in team meetings and share job related information.
• Resolve issues with assistance from peers or supervisors.
