Responsibilities include setting up the work area, following instructions, using hand tools, maintaining production records, and adhering to quality and safety standards. No prior experience required, but basic math and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Completes work area setup and ensures a clean, organized workspace.
• Fits parts together in accordance with instructions and quality standards.
• Operates hand tools to complete the assembly process.
• Maintains production records as required and checks materials for compliance.
• Adheres to safety and quality procedures and participates in safety programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
